I work within the field of painting for painting procures me physical pleasure: when I crush the pigments on the canvas or paper, when I stretch the paint with my knife or when I layer it to obtain a thick smooth texture. Palette knife became my tool as it suits my spontaneous and dynamic personality. The marks left are personal, emotive, immediate, unique. My technique has been polished over the years but stems from the influence of French painter Francoise Nielly.

Loud music and solitude are indispensable.
